STRATEGY MARKETPLACE - Our Marketplace
offers a suite of pre-tested and validated portfolios from
some of the most trusted and renowned global investment
managers. The service allows for a plug-and-play capability
for banks and financial institutions to leverage the most
effective strategies that address the varied investment
needs of their client groups.

Lead the production support team, plan client
implementations, own remediation of reported bugs and plan
the implementation of small enhancements coming in from
various clients.

Institutionalize a strong reliability engineering culture
and facilitate a rapid, iterative, layered development
approach for any small enhancements.

Be hands on with the debugging and problem solving in
Ruby/RoR and / or Python.

Candidate must be an effective risk manager when resolving
issues and devising solutions for tactical and strategic
fixes to production issues.

Own root cause analysis of incidents and ensure timely
closure of each action item.

Proactively report on a timely basis all the support issues
encountered and track status until remediation is complete.

Inspire the production support team to build quality,
scalable code by pairing with team members periodically.

Participate in the definition and management of high quality
product roadmaps based on business, product & tech strategy.

Create delivery plans and manage execution in weekly sprints
by working very closely with the product manager in the
context of planned bug fixes and small enhancements.

Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may
impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and
technical goals.

Masters or Bachelor’s in engineering from a reputed
institute.
-
7+years professional experience in software development.
- Should have experience in all the phases of SDLC.
-
Must have experience in leading a team. (At least 2-3
people)

Be an expert in ruby on rails with experience OR FinTech,
Wealth Management, Investment Management domain with
experience in any of the programming languages
(Java/Python/Ruby). Breadth of experience in multiple
technologies, tools, frameworks and processes is a big plus.

Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts
like algorithms, data structure, Software design patterns,
OOP etc.

Must have experience working in a team building
multi-tiered, customer facing Internet applications.

Must be able to work independently with business owners to
understand requirements and deliver high quality software
with minimal management or coaching.

Experience working in an agile team with software
engineering practices like automated testing,
test-driven-development, continuous integration etc is a big
plus.
