Architect
Job Summary
An Architect designs and plans buildings and structures that are functional, safe, sustainable, and visually appealing. They collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and construction teams to develop architectural concepts and oversee projects from initial design through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements and budgets
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and models
- Prepare construction documents and specifications
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Review project feasibility and site conditions
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
- Use architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or BIM tools
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Professional architecture license/certification (varies by country)
- Strong design and visualization skills
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design and green building practices
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneousl
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
