Job Title: Payroll Officer
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll operations and ensure accurate salary processing in compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete payroll processing for employees on a monthly basis
Manage and maintain employee attendance records and leave data
Process salaries accurately within defined timelines
Handle Full & Final (FNF) settlements including statutory bonus, gratuity, leave encashment, and related calculations
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labour laws
Maintain knowledge of both old and new statutory compliance rules and implement updates as required
Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliation statements
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and employee queries
Maintain employee payroll records with accuracy and confidentiality
Use MS Excel effectively for payroll data management, reports, formulas, and reconciliations
Requirements:
4–8 years of relevant experience in payroll operations
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience in attendance and salary management
Good understanding of FNF settlement processes
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualification
Graduate in Commerce, HR, Finance, or related field
Experience with payroll software/tools will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
