About the role

At our company, you'll work on premium residential interior projects where quality, timelines, and client satisfaction are the highest priorities.
What You'll Do
- Take complete ownership of assigned interior projects from site handover to final completion.
- Plan daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Managers, vendors, factory teams, and installation partners.
- Supervise carpentry, modular installations, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, wallpaper, glass, and other finishing works.
- Ensure every stage of execution meets premium quality standards.
- Verify site measurements before production and installation.
- Identify execution challenges and resolve them proactively.
- Track manpower productivity and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate timely deliveries to site.
- Conduct quality inspections, snag checks, and rectifications before client handover.
- Maintain daily site progress reports with photos and updates.
- Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
- Build positive relationships with clients and keep them informed throughout execution.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 2–3 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Hands-on experience managing modular interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior drawings and execution details.
- Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and vendors.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
