We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Jewellery Store Manager to lead our showroom operations. Candidates with experience in the jewellery industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations
- Lead and supervise the sales team
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory control and stock management
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation
- Handle customer queries and build strong relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail/showroom management
- Jewellery industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer handling ability
- Basic knowledge of billing, stock, and reporting
