Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Telecaller with excellent communication skills to connect with customers over the phone, explain our products/services, NO TARGETS
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/leads.
- Explain product/service features clearly and answer customer queries.
- Follow up on leads and maintain call records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle objections politely and escalate complex queries when needed.
- Maintain a positive, professional tone on every call.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/regional language]
- Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Prior tele calling experience preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
