Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team at our Mumbai Head Office. The role requires someone who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure timely statutory compliance, and coordinate with billing and collections functions.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Accounting
- Maintain books of accounts across group entities in Tally
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and petty cash
- Prepare monthly P&L and balance sheet summaries for review
Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) on schedule
- Compute and deposit TDS; prepare and file TDS returns (26Q, 27Q)
- Coordinate with PF/ESIC consultant for monthly filings and reconciliations
- Maintain compliance calendar and flag upcoming due dates proactively
Billing & Collections Coordination
- Liaise with Billing Officer for invoice generation and accuracy checks
- Follow up with Collections Officer on outstanding receivables
- Maintain debtor ageing report and escalate as required
Contractor & Vendor Management
- Process freelancer and contractor invoices; verify GST details and TDS applicability
- Maintain vendor master and ensure documentation is current
Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS summaries for management review
- Assist Senior Accountant in annual accounts finalisation and audit support
Qualifications & Experience
- CA Inter (one or both groups cleared); CMA Inter candidates also considered
- Articleship completed; minimum 2 years of post-articleship work experience preferred
- Proficient in Tally ERP; working knowledge of MS Excel
- Hands-on experience with GST filings, TDS computation, and bank reconciliation
- Exposure to multi-entity or group company accounting is an advantage

Compensation
Competitive CTC commensurate with qualifications and experience. Details discussed at offer stage.
