Job SummaryWe are looking for skilled and dedicated Phlebotomists to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and hygienic manner while ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities· Collect blood samples from patients at home or assigned locations· Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples· Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols· Maintain accurate records of patient information and samples· Provide a comfortable and professional experience to patients· Handle basic queries and guide patients during sample collection
Qualification· MLT / DMLT / BMLT / CMLT
Experience· 6 months to 2 years (preferred)· Freshers can also apply
Requirements· Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory· Valid Driving License is required Skills Required· Good communication skills· convincing skills· Attention to detail· Patient handling skills· Basic knowledge of diagnostic procedures
