Role: Counsellor
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Joining: Within 15 Days
Eligibility:
- Excellent communication & counselling skills
- Candidates from Noida, Delhi, Greater Noida & Ghaziabad preferred
- Immediate joiners/highly available candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to assess their educational and career aspirations.
- Provide clear, accurate, and personalized guidance on available programs, course structures, and career outcomes.
- Support applicants through the entire enrolment process — from initial inquiry to final registration.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions, follow-ups, and status updates using CRM tools.
- Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to refine outreach strategies and stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Business, or Marketing preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, academic counselling, or student advisory roles for online higher education, specifically online degree counselling.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital education trends is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., LSQ, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
