Overall responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Plant Quality Assurance function, including Inward QA, Process QA across manufacturing processes, QA inspection and Barrier Audit.
Overall responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Customer Quality function.
Overall responsible for effective implementation of STA function.
Overall responsible for Customer Driven Improvement Projects
Accountable for the functional deliverables, including Customer related Quality Metrics
- Expertize & work experience in Quality Assurance function, including Customer Quality, Quality Control and Quality Improvements
Effectively handling reported Customer complaints / concerns, ensure Root Cause Analysis and submission of 8D reports in a timely manner
Knowledge in STA function and able to guide / coach STA resources for achieving functional objectives
Knowledge in APQP / AS9145, PPAP / FAI, PFMEA / Control Plan, SPC, MSA, DFM, DFA, 8D
Internal or Lead auditor certification based on ISO 13485 / AS9100 / ISO 9001
Knowledge on AIAG CQI Processes, including Painting, Casting and Coating (Prefered)
Effective Quality Assurance function at Plants
Rapid response to reported Customer complaints / concerned with proper Root Cause Analysis
Timely submission of 8D reports based on reported customer complaints
