Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain company services and training programs
- Convert leads into enrollments/customers
- Maintain CRM and follow-up records
- Build strong relationships with prospective candidates
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence in handling calls and sales conversations
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
