We have an immediate requirement for English Teacher (Middle School) for our prestigious school.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Birla school is looking for dynamic HOD having mastery as well as the subject expert.
- Should be as a team player and excellent problem solver.
- Excellent oratory skills and public speaking.
- Open minded and ready to learn new academic leadership skills to lead and operate English/ELA & Mathematics Department.
- A hard task master and implementer to understand the whole academic plan under the guidance of the principal.
- Provide professional leadership and management for a subject to secure high quality teaching.
- Effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all pupils for the whole school.
- Monitoring teacher's performance as well as effectiveness in teaching and
- Ensure that the teacher can understand the subject curriculum and progressing towards targets as well as their planning for their subject.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the programmer to inform future planning and resource needs.
- Developing/monitoring the profile of their Subject within school by identifying possible training needs.
- This may involve workshops, coordinating the use of outside expertise, leading discussion at school INSET/meetings.
- Maintaining the Subject resources and reading recent, relevant publications liaising with an appropriate on matters relating to the area of responsibility
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience:
Applicants must have at least 9+ years of experience as a Vice Principal / HOD in CBSE/IGCSE/ICSE school.
Qualification:
Any Graduates and Any Post-graduates with an excellent communication skills.
