*Responsibilities*
Lead Store, Purchase, Dispatch teams.
Prepare department budgets.
Conduct monthly review meetings.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
Implement Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Cost Reduction projects.
Develop SOPs and work instructions.
Improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
Monitor department KPIs and prepare management reports.
*Key Skills* -
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, bought-out parts, tools and consumables.
- Develop suppliers and negotiate cost, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory, stock accuracy, FIFO and minimize excess/non-moving stock.
- Plan and control daily customer dispatches and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room and Engineering for material and development requirements.
- Lead New Part Development (NPD) from feasibility, tooling and trials up to PPAP/SOP.
- Monitor supplier QCD performance and take corrective actions for delays or quality issues.
- Control purchase, logistics and inventory costs through cost-reduction initiatives.
- Maintain ERP transactions, purchase, stock, dispatch and development documentation.
- Prepare MIS/KPI reports and regularly update Management on critical issues.
- Lead the team and ensure 5S, safety, discipline and ISO/IATF compliance.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
