About the Role
Carcall is expanding its retail partner network across Bengaluru and is looking for motivated Territory Field Sales Executives to drive retailer onboarding and market expansion. This field-based role involves building strong business relationships, acquiring new partners, and representing the Carcall brand across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit automobile retailers, service centers, garages, tyre shops, and other automotive businesses.
- Present Carcall's retailer partnership program and onboard new partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
- Achieve daily and weekly onboarding targets.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits and onboarding activities.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with the reporting manager.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma, or equivalent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Kannada and basic English.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across Bengaluru.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications for reporting and task management.
