This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and a chance to support professional growth in others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver training sessions based on organizational/client needs
- Create and update training material
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
- Maintain training records and reports
- Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
