About Marketing Talk
Marketing Talk is a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses generate leads, improve online visibility, and scale through services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local SEO, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation.
We are looking for a confident and professional Business Development Executive who can communicate with international clients, conduct discovery calls, create personalized audit videos, and help convert prospects into clients.
Important
This is a client-facing role.
Candidates must be comfortable communicating in fluent English, recording personalized video audits, and attending Google Meet or Zoom calls with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and understand potential client businesses.
- Review websites, social media profiles, and online presence of prospects.
- Record personalized video audits for potential clients.
- Identify growth opportunities and marketing gaps in client businesses.
- Send outreach through Email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Conduct discovery calls and initial Google Meet meetings.
- Explain Marketing Talk's services and solutions professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
- Coordinate with project managers and the operations team.
- Schedule qualified meetings and assist in converting prospects into clients.
Required Skills
- Fluent English communication skills (Written & Spoken).
- Confidence in speaking on camera and handling online meetings.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing concepts including:
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Lead Generation
- Local SEO
- Ability to analyze websites, social media profiles, and business marketing activities.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable communicating with international clients from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other markets.
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.
What You'll Do Daily
- Review qualified leads provided by the lead generation team.
- Create personalized video audits for selected prospects.
- Send outreach messages and follow-ups.
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects.
- Attend Google Meet meetings with potential clients.
- Coordinate internally with project managers and marketing teams.
- Update lead tracking sheets and CRM systems.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
- Attractive Performance Incentives
