Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided leads.
- Introduce and explain the company's real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
- Generate customer interest and schedule site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer handovers.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up activities.
- Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Customer Support Executive is preferred.
- Experience in real estate or a related industry is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic proficiency in Tamil; English is an advantage.
