We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Application Coordinator to manage student admission and visa application files, along with basic social media management work. The candidate will coordinate with students, colleges/universities, and internal teams to ensure all documents are collected, checked, submitted, and followed up on time.
The candidate will also help manage the company’s social media pages by posting regular updates, creating basic content, replying to inquiries, and supporting online promotion activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate student admission applications for colleges and universities.
Collect, verify, and organize required documents from students.
Prepare and maintain student application files with accuracy.
Submit applications through university/college portals or email as required.
Follow up with institutions regarding offer letters, pending documents, and application status.
Assist students with visa documentation and file preparation.
Coordinate with counsellors and visa team for smooth processing.
Track deadlines for applications, payments, medicals, biometrics, and visa submissions.
Maintain proper records in Excel/CRM/software.
Communicate professionally with students, parents, colleges, and internal staff.
Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Social Media Responsibilities:
Manage company social media pages such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms.
Create and post basic content related to student visas, admissions, success stories, offers, and updates.
Coordinate with the team for photos, videos, reels, testimonials, and promotional content.
Reply to basic social media inquiries and forward serious leads to the counsellor/sales team.
Maintain regular posting schedule.
Use tools like Canva or similar apps for basic post designing.
Support WhatsApp broadcast messages and online lead follow-up.
Help improve company’s online presence and brand image.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Basic knowledge of student admission and visa process will be preferred.
Good computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, email, online portals, and social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple files and tasks at the same time.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Honest, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Qualification:
Graduate in any field.
Freshers with good communication, computer, and social media skills may apply.
Experience in overseas education, admission processing, visa documentation, or social media management will be an advantage.
