Job Summary:
The Senior Lead – Technical Operations will be responsible for the governance, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of the organization’s tech systems, cybersecurity needs and IT services. The role ensures that systems are secure, compliant, cost‑effective, and aligned with business needs, while supporting internal stakeholders through structured reporting, vendor coordination, and audit‑ready practices.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Operations & Governance:

Oversee the operational health and governance of internal IT systems and platforms

Support internal reviews and audits relating to IT systems, access controls, and digital assets

Ensure systems and processes align with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Access, Security & System Controls:

Maintain oversight of user access, permissions, and system hygiene

Ensure appropriate security controls are applied and reviewed regularly
-
Support resolution of access‑related, email, and system issues in line with policy
Licensing, Assets & Cost Oversight:

Maintain visibility of software licenses, subscriptions, and IT assets
-
Support regular reviews to ensure licenses are appropriate to business roles
-
Work with Finance and Operations to support cost control and optimization
Telephony & Communication Systems:

Support governance and operational oversight of internal telephony and communication platforms

Assist with reviews, changes, and service improvements
-
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on telephony‑related matters
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

Act as a point of contact for IT vendors and service providers

Liaise with Finance, Operations, and Internal IT teams
-
Communicate technical and operational matters clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate operational documentation, trackers, and records

Provide regular updates and reports to management as required

Ensure documentation supports audit readiness and operational transparency
Pre-Requisites:

Strong understanding of IT operations and governance
-
Experience working with access management, licensing, and system controls

Experience liaising with third‑party vendors and internal stakeholders

Strong documentation and reporting skills
-
Experience supporting audit or compliance activities
-
Exposure to telephony or communication platforms
-
Experience working in multi‑entity or multi‑location environments.
