This includes engaging with stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs, designing strategic business solutions and frameworks that align with these needs, and crafting detailed business cases that support the realization of the envisioned outcomes. The role requires a thoughtful approach to shaping business direction and ensuring that proposed initiatives are well-founded and aligned with client goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to business processes.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
