Job Description:
We are looking for Sales Coordinator/ Admin Executive to support our sales and procurement team in the UAE from our Kannur–Mayyil back office, and to coordinate with our UAE operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales coordination and customer communication
- Manage daily office administration and documentation
- Send RFQs and collect quotations from suppliers
- Prepare comparison statements and procurement reports
- Prepare quotations, invoices and reports
- Maintain accounting records and basic accounts.
Requirements:
Good communication and organization skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
Salary: As per experience
