Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of customer-facing digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and AI chatbot solutions. The role involves managing end-to-end program execution, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage website, mobile app, and AI chatbot programs from planning to deployment.
- Deliver customer-facing digital platforms supporting transactions, bookings, services, and customer engagement.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Collaborate with business, technology, UX, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive Agile project execution and program governance.
- Monitor program performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
