About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated AI QA Intern from a reputed engineering, technology, or management institution who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, quality assurance, and emerging technologies. The intern will work closely with our AI and Product teams to test AI-driven applications, validate model outputs, identify defects, and help improve the overall quality and reliability of AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Test AI-powered applications, chatbots, automation tools, and machine learning-based products.
- Evaluate AI model responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and compliance with defined guidelines.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for AI features.
- Identify, document, track, and report bugs and performance issues.
- Perform functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing.
- Analyze AI-generated outputs and provide detailed feedback for model improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers to resolve issues.
- Maintain QA documentation, testing reports, and defect logs.
- Support automation testing initiatives where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and curiosity to understand AI behavior.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.
- Ability to document findings clearly and professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
- Basic SQL knowledge and data validation skills.
- Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) is a plus.
