Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Public Relations Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing PR initiatives, building relationships with media and external stakeholders, managing brand communications, and supporting efforts to enhance the company's public image.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in media relations, content creation, and event coordination, along with a keen understanding of brand reputation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support the company's public relations and communication strategies.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, company announcements, and other PR materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, influencers, industry partners, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate media interactions, interviews, and brand coverage opportunities.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities and brand mentions.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, product launches, press conferences, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage and update media databases and contact lists.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor PR activities and industry trends.
- Support crisis communication and reputation management initiatives when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience drafting press releases, media content, and corporate communications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication channels.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Good research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with media houses, journalists, influencers, or PR agencies.
- Understanding of brand management and corporate communications.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media engagement.
- Ability to identify media opportunities and generate positive brand visibility.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
