Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager - HVAC (Department Head) to join our dedicated team at our office in Vikhroli, Mumbai.
Position Responsibilities

Plan manpower requirements (Engineers and Technicians) based on present and expected workload for the next year, and accordingly do the same for recruitment.

Nominate the lead engineer on various jobs and allocate other resources such as engineers, draftsman, considering the volume of work and schedule of the project.

Periodical review of project progress with respect to the project schedule and allocate additional
resources on a need basis. -
Motivate department colleagues to complete the project to the satisfaction of the client.

Provide technical help to colleagues in the department whenever required.

Be familiar with all the running projects and periodical visits to sites to get timely feedback from clients and take corrective action when required.

Make and update engineering standards related to specifications for procurement for various HVAC items, design calculations, bill of materials, etc.

Attend various technical seminars to update on the latest technology available in the market and transfer the same to the department colleagues.

Take care of the software needs for the department.

Assist in bringing new business development opportunities to the organization.

Guide team for energy-efficient and quality design.

Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.

Train junior engineers working under him.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 20+ years of experience.

Other management courses, ASHRAE membership.

Has leadership qualities to manage and handle a team of 25 members.

Hands-on experience in Pharma in API, Formulation, Sterile, Biotech, and clean room.

Has Experience with Data Centre HVAC systems.
