Job Summary
"SAP R2R Consultant at E4.1 band with strong expertise in FSCM Collections and In-House Cash (IHC) to support S/4HANA transformation programs. Responsible for solution design, configuration, and integration of financial supply chain processes aligned to global templates and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement FSCM Collections Management (segments, strategies, worklists)
- Design and support In-House Cash (IHC) (master data, payment processing, IDOCs, EOD)
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into SAP solutions
- Ensure integration with AR, Credit Mgmt, Treasury, and Banking processes
- Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and go-live activities
- Provide L3 production support and resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R2R, O2C, Data, Integration)
- Drive process standardization and global template alignment
Must Have Skills
- Hands-on expertise in SAP FSCM – Collections & IHC
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (R2R)
- Deep knowledge of:
o Collections configuration (strategies, worklists)
o IHC processes (payments, IDOCs, EOD cycles)
- Understanding of AR, Credit Mgmt, and Cash processes integration
- Experience in end-to-end lifecycle (design deployment support)
- Strong stakeholder communication and global delivery experience"
