JOB DESCRIPTION – DEALERSHIP OPERATIONS1. Sales Executive
Role Overview:
Responsible for handling customers, generating sales leads, explaining products and offers, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in and online customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, and offers.
- Conduct test rides and vehicle demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
2. Spare Parts Trainee
Role Overview:
Responsible for supporting spare parts operations, including inventory management, parts identification, billing, ordering, and workshop/customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and issue genuine spare parts as per requirements.
- Support parts receiving, storage, binning, and stock management.
- Maintain proper inventory records and stock accuracy.
- Assist in parts ordering and monitoring pending orders.
- Coordinate with the workshop for timely parts availability.
- Support parts billing and documentation.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the parts department.
3. Workshop Supervisor
Role Overview:
Responsible for supervising daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient job flow, quality repairs, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workshop operations and job allocation.
- Supervise technicians and monitor productivity.
- Ensure vehicles are repaired correctly and delivered on time.
- Monitor job cards, pending jobs, and repeat repairs.
- Ensure proper diagnosis, repair quality, and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Spare Parts Department.
- Monitor workshop tools, equipment, safety, and housekeeping.
- Track workshop performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle technical/customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team and achieve targets.
- Automobile/dealership experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
