AC / VRF Service Technician
MISH ELECTRA LLP is looking for skilled and experienced AC/VRF Service Technicians to join its growing HVAC team. If you have hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of VRF/VRV systems, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Travel to project sites as required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and technical skills)

MISH ELECTRA LLP is a professionally managed HVAC contracting company and an authorized channel partner of Voltas. The company specializes in turnkey industrial and commercial air conditioning solutions, including VRF systems, chillers, ducted AC, ventilation systems, HVAC consultancy, installation, maintenance, and AMC services.
* Installation of VRF/VRV air conditioning systems
* Copper piping, brazing, refrigerant charging, and leak testing
* Installation of indoor and outdoor units
* Testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis
* Preventive maintenance and servicing activities
* Reading HVAC drawings and layouts
* Electrical wiring and control connections
* Coordination with site engineers and project teams
* Experience with VRF/VRV systems such as Voltas, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, LG, etc.
* Knowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC systems
* Copper brazing and gas charging expertise
* Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
* Familiarity with HVAC tools and instruments
* Ability to work independently at project sites
* 2–5 years in AC, VRF, or VRV systems
* Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or relevant field experience
