Warehouse Operations
- Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely order processing and shipment execution as per customer requirements.
- Monitor operational workflows to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure proper material handling practices.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
- Update inventory records in WMS/ERP systems.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse associates, operators, and supervisors for smooth operations.
- Support manpower planning and shift execution.
- Train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and operational processes.
Customer & SLA Management
- Ensure adherence to customer SLAs and operational KPIs.
- Handle operational escalations and support issue resolution.
- Maintain timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Process Compliance & Safety
- Follow warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and EHS guidelines.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
- Support warehouse audits and compliance activities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS updates.
- Maintain dispatch records, inventory reports, and operational documentation.
- Track operational performance metrics and highlight improvement areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- Diploma/Certification in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse operations or contract logistics.
- Experience working in 3PL, e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and inventory processes.
