- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to insurance policies.
- Assist customers with policy information, renewals, claims status, and premium details.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries within defined TAT.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim processing and issue resolution.
- Explain insurance products, coverage, exclusions, and benefits to customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
