Job description
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Manual Tester with 1 to 4 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The role involves test case creation, manual execution, defect reporting, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality releases.
Responsibilities
Review requirements and create clear test scenarios and test cases
Execute functional, regression, integration, UI, and cross‑browser testing
Log, track, and validate defects using Jira/Azure DevOps
Maintain regression suites and ensure complete test coverage
Prepare test data, test reports, and QA documentation
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, planning, retros)
Support UAT and coordinate with business, developers, and product teams
Identify risks, usability issues, and gaps in requirements early
Provide quality metrics and daily/weekly QA status updates
Requirements
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
Experience writing and executing detailed test cases
Hands‑on with Jira/Azure DevOps or similar tools
Good understanding of testing techniques (BVA, EP, exploratory testing)
Excellent communication, analysis, and problem‑solving skills
Basic exposure to API testing (Postman) and SQL validations
Ability to work in fast‑paced Agile environments and prioritize testing tasks
