The Parts Incharge is responsible for managing spare parts inventory, ensuring timely availability of parts, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting service operations efficiently. The role requires effective inventory management, coordination with suppliers, and adherence to dealership processes to ensure smooth parts operations.
Responsibilities
Manage daily spare parts operations and inventory control
Ensure timely availability of spare parts for workshop requirements
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation
Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment of parts
Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts as per company standards
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for parts requirements
Prepare purchase orders and follow up on pending orders
Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits
Minimize inventory discrepancies and control stock losses
Maintain proper storage and organization of spare parts
Generate inventory and parts sales reports as required
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and operational procedures
Requirements
Graduate or Diploma holder in any relevant field
Experience in automobile spare parts management is preferred
Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
Candidates with experience in two-wheeler dealership spare parts operations will be preferred.
