Job Title: Senior Production Manager – Garments
Location: Noida Sector-83
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor end-to-end garment production, ensuring daily production targets, quality standards, and TNA timelines are achieved.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Sampling, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and QA teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order execution.
- Allocate manpower, monitor line efficiency, control WIP, and optimize productivity while minimizing production delays.
- Track production status, maintain daily production reports, oversee inventory of fabrics, trims, and accessories, and coordinate with vendors for timely material availability.
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, SOPs, and factory processes while driving continuous improvement in cost, quality, and on-time deliveries.
