Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to P1/P2/P3 production incidents.
- Perform real-time troubleshooting and fault isolation.
- Work with AWS services and microservices environments.
- Monitor logs, traces, metrics, and alerts.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation.
