We are looking for fluent English speakers with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic sales team as Solar Sales Executive. This is a Full-Time opportunity for experienced sales professionals.
Key Details:
- Shift Timing: 04:00 AM – 01:00 PM IST
- Working Days: 5.5 Days (Mon–Sat)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary: Fixed + Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to Australian residential and commercial leads
- Pitch solar and battery solutions, handle objections, and close sale
- Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
- Maintain lead records in CRM and coordinate with internal teams
- Meet or exceed performance targets (sales, call quality, etc.)
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to team objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Previous work experience in UK/US or Australian markets is essential.
- Must have excellent verbal English communication skills
- Excellent English communication (neutral accent preferred)
- Prior experience in solar sales is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a Australian time zone
- Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn
