Pairan Group is hiring a hands-on Process Executive / Supervisor to supervise and operate batch tyre-pyrolysis operations along with TPO centrifuge processing at its industrial facility in Perundurai SIPCOT.
This role covers reactor-cycle supervision, production coordination, condensate and TPO handling, centrifuge operation, sludge management, shift reporting and plant safety. The candidate must be comfortable working in a 24-hour industrial process environment and leading shop-floor operators.
Plant Scope
- Batch tyre-pyrolysis plant: 4 × 10 TPD reactors operating in shifts.
- TPO processing: Centrifuge-based clarification/separation, including feed preparation, two-pass processing, sludge handling and transfer operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise tyre-pyrolysis batch operations including reactor charging, sealing, heating-cycle monitoring, cooling, discharge and turnaround preparation.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, process timing, condenser performance, cooling systems, pumps, pipelines and storage tanks.
- Coordinate safe handling and transfer of TPO, recovered carbon and steel during production and unloading activities.
- Operate and monitor TPO centrifuge/separation systems, feed-conditioning systems, filters, pumps and transfer lines.
- Ensure correct processing sequence, flow, temperature and two-pass centrifuge operation where required.
- Monitor oil clarity, sludge generation, separation efficiency, process losses and material balance.
- Coordinate with QC for sample collection, density, viscosity, moisture and other product-quality checks.
- Maintain shift logs, production reports, batch records, equipment readings, downtime reports and manpower deployment records.
- Coordinate with maintenance for lubrication, preventive maintenance, breakdown reporting and spares requirements.
- Enforce PPE, fire safety, spill-control, housekeeping, permit-to-work and safe operating practices.
- Guide operators and helpers, ensure shift discipline and report deviations immediately to the Plant Operations Head.
Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in tyre pyrolysis, plastic pyrolysis, batch process plants, fuel-oil processing, waste-oil re-refining, chemical processing, thermal plants, edible-oil refineries or related industrial operations.
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Production, Petroleum or related discipline preferred.
- Practical knowledge of reactors, condensers, pumps, pipelines, valves, tanks, heat-transfer systems and industrial process equipment is essential.
- Experience operating centrifuges, separators, filters, oil-treatment systems or Alfa Laval-type equipment will be an advantage.
- Experience supervising operators and helpers in shifts is preferred.
- Spoken Hindi is preferred for effective coordination with blue-collar workforce.
- Candidates must be willing to work from Perundurai SIPCOT and support shift operations.
