- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions.
- Carry out fitting, alignment, and assembly of ship structural components such as hull sections, decks, bulkheads, and foundations.
- Mark, measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for fit-up activities.
- Coordinate with welders and supervisors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
- Perform dimensional checks and maintain quality standards as per project specifications.
- Follow all shipyard safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping practices.
Qualification: ITI/NCVT Fitter or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience: Experience in shipbuilding, offshore fabrication, or heavy engineering will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
