About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Club & Operations Head to lead our 7,500 sq. ft. beachside restaurant and speakeasy bar in Morjim, Goa. The role requires someone who is well-versed in operations, inventory management, event planning, and brand collaborations. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will be the driving force behind the venue’s smooth functioning and cultural impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and club.
- Oversee inventory control, stock management, vendor coordination.
- Plan and execute regular events, live performances, and cultural nights.
- Build collaborations with artists, brands, influencers, and partners to elevate the venue experience.
- Work closely with the culinary and bar team to ensure quality, consistency, and innovation.
- Train and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with licenses, hygiene, and safety norms.
Ideal Candidate
- 5–8 years’ experience in hospitality/club/lounge/restaurant operations.
- Strong skills in operations & inventory management.
- Hands-on experience in event management and collaborations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A people’s person with a strong network in Goa’s hospitality & cultural scene.
