About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join Asymptotes. This role blends business development and student counselling, where you will be responsible for driving revenue, converting leads, and guiding students/parents toward the right academic programs.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, sales-driven, and passionate about helping students make informed educational decisions.
Key Responsibilities - Business Development & Sales
- Identify, connect, and convert potential leads into enrollments
- Drive revenue by achieving monthly sales and conversion targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads for higher conversion rates
Student Counselling
- Understand student/parent requirements and provide personalized academic guidance
- Explain courses, curriculum, and value proposition effectively
- Assist students in choosing the right learning path
- Handle objections and provide consultative solutions
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience post-conversion
- Maintain regular interaction to improve retention and satisfaction
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions
- Share insights and feedback with the internal team
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for seamless delivery
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Sales / Marketing preferred)
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in:
- Business Development / Sales / Inside Sales / Counselling
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome
