Hiring: Performance Marketer
Location: Indore (Work From Office)
We are looking for a Performance Marketer to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
- Create performance reports and suggest growth strategies
- Work closely with the creative and content team for ad creatives
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with campaign optimization and budget management
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of tracking tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
