Site Execution & Material Management: Execute work as per approved drawings, schedules, and quality standards, monitor material usage, avoid wastage, and ensure proper machinery utilization.
Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with contractors and internal departments (Architecture, Estimation, Planning, Billing, Purchase, Stores) to ensure smooth project execution while keeping the PM informed.
Drawings & Documentation: Collect, distribute, and maintain records of approved GFC drawings, revisions, and other essential documents like bills, material reports, and consultant visit records.
Quality & Risk Management: Supervise work quality per company standards, track progress using checklists, proactively identify and report project risks, and ensure effective risk management.
ERP & Billing Management: Update ERP with material issuance, service indents, and bill abstracts; provide necessary data for work orders and process labor bills weekly.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, coordinate with the Safety Officer and PM on violations, and ensure workers use required safety equipment.
Manpower & Internal Coordination: Assess labor needs, monitor contractor workforce availability, liaise with internal teams, and maintain site cleanliness and hygiene.
