PURPOSEOFTHEROLE
TheHRExecutiveatMedivisionScan& DiagnosticResearchCentrewillberesponsibleforsupporting the end-to-end HR functions of the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, statutory compliance, documentation, attendance and payroll coordination, employee engagement, and exit processes. The role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements in a healthcare diagnostic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities
1. Recruitment&Onboarding
a. Draftandpostjobadvertisementsonvariousjobportalsandsocialmediaplatforms.
b. Conduct first-level screening interviewsandcoordinate interviewswithrelevant department heads.
c. Collectandverifydocumentsfromnewjoinees.
d. Coordinatewithbankstoopensalaryaccountsfornewemployees.
e. EnternewemployeedetailsintheHRMSbythe25thofeach month.
f. Assistwithlicensing/documentationprocessesandhandthemovertotheHRManager.
g. Conductreferencechecksforselectedcandidatesbeforeofferrollout.
2. EmployeeDocumentation&IDManagement
a. Ensureuniformdistributiontocollectionexecutives,labtechnicians,andreceptionists.
b. IssuestaffIDcardsandmaintainrecords.
c. Maintainup-to-datephysicalanddigitalemployeefiles.
3. Attendance&PayrollCoordination
a. Collect monthly biometric attendance data and reconcile it with Google Sheets attendance from each branch.
b. ConvertverifiedattendanceintoHRMS-compatibleformat.
c. Updateleavetransactionimporterin HRMSbythe5thofeachmonth.
d. Maintaindeductionsheets(IncomeTax,EWF,fines,uniform,MedivisionWelfareFund, arrears) and update in HRMS by the end of each month.
e. DownloadthesalarysheetfromHRMSandshareitwiththeFinance Team.
f. SendtheconsolidatedemployeebanktransfersheettoFinanceTeamforsalarydisbursement.
g. Afterfinanceapproval,uploadthesalaryinformationintorespectivebanktemplatesandsend them to the bank.
h. Send non-salary account employee details to finance for cheque preparation by the 5th ofeach month.
4. Training&StaffWelfare
a. CoordinatemonthlytrainingsessionsfornewjoineesattheHeadOffice.
b. HandleemployeequeriesrelatedtoHRpolicies,leaves,andsalariespromptlyand professionally.
5. StatutoryCompliance&ExitProcess
a. AssistwiththeupdateandmaintenanceofPF,ESI,andgratuityrecordsfornewand existing employees.
b. Manageexits:processfullandfinalsettlement,obtainnecessarydepartment-wise signatures, and coordinate salary cheque disbursement with Finance.
c. Provide HR Manager / HOD signed experience letters and relieving documentation upon employee exit requests.
6. Increment&HRMSUpdates
a. EnsurenewjoineesalaryinformationisenteredintoHRMSbythe25thofeachmonth.
b. AddincrementdetailsintoHRMSbythe25thofeachmonthasapproved.
c. MaintaindataaccuracyandtimelyupdatesinHRMSforpayrollandemployee management.
