Job Summary:
A Tele Caller Executive is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to clients, generating leads, explaining products or services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients or customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries.
- Explain company products, services and offers clearly.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain customer database.
- Convince customer and close sales or appointments.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints politely.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain good communication and customer satisfaction.
- Share updates and feedback with management.
- Prepare daily call reports and performance updates.
