We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and safety standards. The candidate should be capable of handling manpower, machines, and production planning efficiently.
Location: Plot No. 700, 3/ A, 40 Shed Area, Phase 3, GIDC, Vapi, Gujarat 396195
Experience: 2– 5 Years

Employment Type: Full-time
- Plan and manage daily production activities as per targets
- Supervise shop floor operations and monitor workflow
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Maintain production schedules and minimize downtime
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to standards
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine upkeep and breakdowns
- Ensure proper documentation of production reports and records
- Implement safety guidelines and maintain discipline on the shop floor
- Reduce wastage and improve productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate with stores, purchase, and quality teams
- Train and guide production staff and workers
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
