Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, and support requests.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and call details.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
- Meet quality and service standards established by the company.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience a
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
