Role: Operations Head - SPOC
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall centre operations and patient experience.
- Drive revenue through IVF package conversions, diagnostics, pharmacy, and OPD services.
- Handle team management, training, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure service excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, costs, vendors, and facility operations.
- Ensure statutory compliance and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, donor agencies, and external vendors.
Eligibility:
- MBA/MHA from a reputed institution.
- 5–7+ years of experience in fertility clinics, day-care centres, or hospitals.
- Minimum 2 years of counselling/conversion experience.
- Experience managing a team of 8–10 members.
- Strong operations, administration, and people management skills.
