Primary Focus: Lead Generation via LinkedIn
Key Responsibilities1. LinkedIn Lead Generation (Core Task)
- Identify potential clients on LinkedIn based on target industry, geography, and decision-maker roles
- Use LinkedIn Search, filters, and groups to find relevant prospects
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
- Maintain a daily outreach target (connections, messages, replies)
- Build and manage a qualified prospect list in Excel/CRM
2. Prospect Research
- Research companies, founders, and hiring managers before outreach
- Understand basic client requirements from their posts, job listings, or company pages
- Categorize leads based on relevance and priority
3. Initial Communication
- Start conversations with prospects in a professional manner
- Share company profile, portfolio, or service details when required
- Schedule introductory calls/meetings for the senior sales team
4. Lead Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain records of all outreach and responses
- Update lead status regularly (contacted, replied, interested, not interested)
- Share daily/weekly performance reports
5. Support Business Development Activities
- Assist in proposal sharing and follow-ups
- Monitor LinkedIn posts for new opportunities or job requirements
- Coordinate with the sales/technical team for smooth handover of leads
Skills Required
- Good written English communication
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn
- Research and data entry skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
