About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in various IT technologies, mentoring learners, and preparing them for real-world projects and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive IT training sessions (classroom & online).
- Design and update training modules, course materials, and assessments.
- Teach technologies such as Java, Python, C/C++, Full Stack Development, Cloud, Data Science, Web Development, or related IT domains.
- Provide hands-on project guidance to learners.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews.
- Track student progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement team to improve learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends and certifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Instructor, or Faculty.
- Strong knowledge in programming, software development, databases, and modern IT tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to handle both beginners and advanced-level students.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications in Java, Python, AWS, Azure, Data Science, or similar domains.
- Prior experience in corporate or academic training.
- Knowledge of real-time IT projects and industry practices.
