- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or banking/financial sectors
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Sales Support: Converting the leads and keeping track records with updated follow ups.
- Relationship Management: Building rapport, identifying client needs, and managing long-term, profitable relationships.
- Issue Resolution: Addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Customer Engagement & Support: Greeting clients, maintaining regular communication, and providing personalized service.
- Visitor Management: Greeting guests warmly, directing them to the appropriate person, and maintaining a secure environment by managing sign-in logs.
- Communication Hub: Answering, screening, and transferring incoming calls, as well as managing emails and taking detailed messages.
- Office Maintenance: Keeping the reception area clean and organized, and managing office inventory (ordering supplies).
- Mail Handling: Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries, as well as preparing outgoing packages.
