Job Description
BERF College for Technical and Management Studies is seeking a qualified and dedicated General Duty Assistant (GDA) faculty member to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training, mentoring students, conducting assessments, and ensuring quality healthcare education.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver GDA training sessions as per the curriculum.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and skill-based training.
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
- Assess student performance and maintain academic records.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students.
- Ensure adherence to training and quality standards.
Qualification
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of patient care and healthcare procedures.
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
